Is shipping really free?
Yes, completely free across continental Europe. No hidden fees at checkout.
Where do you ship?
European Union: Free delivery to your address.
European islands (Corsica, Balearics, etc.): Free delivery to nearest freight forwarder.
French overseas territories (DROM): Free delivery to nearest freight forwarder.
Outside EU: Contact us for a quote.
How long does delivery take?
15 days to 3 weeks broken down as follows:
- Manufacturing: 7-14 business days
- Packaging: 2-3 business days
- Transport: 3-7 business days depending on destination
Is shipping insured?
Yes, all shipments include professional packaging and full insurance.

PRODUCTS & CUSTOMIZATION
What are the sculptures made of?
High-grade fiberglass with hand-applied premium finishes, manufactured in our European partner workshops.
Are they suitable for outdoors?
Yes, our sculptures are designed for both indoor and outdoor use. For optimal longevity outdoors, we recommend placement in covered or shaded areas to minimize prolonged direct sun exposure. Some natural weathering may occur over time.
Can I customize the color of a catalog sculpture?
Yes! Standard finishes (glossy, matte, metallic, patina) and standard colors are included in the displayed price. Premium finishes like Chrome or Pop Art multicolor are available on quote. Contact us before ordering via WhatsApp or email.
What colors are included in the standard price?
All RAL colors in glossy, matte, metallic (gold, silver, bronze, copper), or patina finish. Popular choices: Black, White, Red, Blue, Green, Gold, Silver.
What are premium finishes and how much extra do they cost?
Premium finishes include Chrome (mirror finish) and Pop Art (multicolor patterns). Pricing varies by size and complexity - contact us for a quote.
Can you create a completely custom sculpture?
Yes! We offer fully bespoke creations designed from scratch. See our Custom Creations page for details. Lead time: approximately 6 weeks.

ORDERING & PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) and bank transfer.
Is checkout secure?
Yes, powered by Shopify with bank-level encryption.
Do I pay upfront?
Yes, full payment required at order confirmation. Payment immediately launches production of your custom-made piece.

RETURNS & GUARANTEES
Can I return my sculpture?
Due to custom-made production, sculptures cannot be returned or exchanged except in case of damage during transport or manufacturing defect (Article L221-28 French Consumer Code).
What if my sculpture arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos at contact@monumenta.art. We handle all claims and organize replacement at no cost. Timeframe: 6-8 weeks for repair or replacement.
How do I inspect my delivery?
Always accept the package. If outer carton is damaged, note "damaged carton" on delivery slip and take photos. Unpack carefully and contact us within 48 hours if sculpture is damaged.
